my name is Stefanie Tiebe-Fett. I´m trained and certified by the HypnoBirthing-Institutet. As a HypnoBirthing®-Practitioner I offer childbirth classes for Gentle Birthing in own rooms near Lauf a.d. Pegnitz / Nuremberg.

Classes in English are no problem. I can also offer you to do the classes on the weekends. So you can go and see Nuremberg. If you decide to stay over the weekend, I could arrange accommodation in every stile in close vicinity.

What is HypnoBirthing®?

Now in its twentieth year, HypnoBirthing® is a complete birth education programme, that teaches simple but specific self hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques for a better birth.

HypnoBirthing® is much more than just self hypnosis or hypnotherapy for childbirth.

HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method - is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education, enhanced by self-hypnosis techniques. HypnoBirthing® provides the missing link that allows women to use their natural instincts to bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing.
Emphasis is placed on pregnancy and childbirth, as well as on pre-birth parenting and the consciousness of the pre-born baby. As a birthing method, HypnoBirthing® is as new as tomorrow and as old as ancient times.
Since over 20 years HypnoBirthing® Practitioners are forwarding the message of calm and gentle births in 34 countries throughout the world.

The HypnoBirthing-classes

It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes or four, 3-hour classes, but if there is a lack of time because you are very close to your term, they can be compressed to two weekends.
For any questions telephone and mail coaching are included in the fee. The official HypnoBirthing book, cds, classes and the whole courseware are available in English. They will all be given to you since they are included in the fee (so don´t bother to buy them yourself).
I´m sure, you will benefit much more from work with material in your native tongue.
